'A Song For The Search' is the second full length venture for Solstice, whilst it didn't take long to record, the conception and realisation for what I wanted to do for this second album took what felt like forever. The final moment when I discovered the sound I wanted to capture for this recording was the driving force and primary inspiration for the album. A search for an answer, a feeling that is not unique to the search I experienced for this album, but something relatable, something we all go through and feel. Feelings of loss, confusion, misdirection, and the joy when the resolution is found at long last. I'm incredibly proud of this album, the new sound. Everything. Thank you to those who have lent their ears to the noises I make. I hope you thoroughly enjoy this album as much as I enjoyed recording it.
